Question Related to Registration

6 Dec 2013 would be deadline to register online.
Yes you can but the rates applicable on the spot would be higher.
Cancellation charges are applicable 75 % amount is refunded. You can send substitution.
Yes, we have rates applicable for NASSCOM members.
Yes food will be included with the registration fees.
There is no criteria for students registration.

General Question

Yes we have listed all the available hotels where you can stay. You can check the list of hotels on Venue page.
In Dec the temperature drops to 15- 10 Degree during day time , its advisable to carry heavy woollens cloths.

Sorry we don’t . But we have preferred rates with hotels and guest rooms nearby for the conference.

Question Related to Conference

Registration desks are appointed in chronological order as per companies under paid and not paid desk. The staff on the ground can guide you to the appropriate desk.
No, you are not allowed to record the conference.
Yes all presentations and session videos would be available on our website post event.
Yes, we will be providing free wifi throughout the entire venue.
Yes we will be collecting feedback about the conference.
All the attendees are expected to come in business casuals.
Yes, we will be providing writing pads, pens etc.
Since they are multiple tracks at the same time, a delegate can choose to attend the session of your interest. All the sessions would be recorded and can be viewed after the event.
